G Janardhana Reddy and BV Srinivasa Reddy, accused of illegal mining, may be produced before a special court.
New Delhi: The judicial custody of former Karnataka Minister Janardhana Reddy and Obulapuram Mining Company's Srinivasa Reddy will end on Monday. Both are accused of illegal mining and may be produced before a special court.
The bail applications of both the Reddys was rejected on Thursday.
A special court had on November 14 extended the judicial custody of Janardhana Reddy and his brother-in-law BV Srinivasa Reddy, till November 28, in the illegal mining case.
Gali Janardhana Reddy and Srinivasa Reddy were arrested by CBI on September 5 at Bellary in Karnataka in connection with illegal mining in OMC.
