Aggarwal has also said that the party no more connects with the common man with a group of elite people taking over.

New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party is facing crisis with more members quitting the party. AAP National Executive Council Member Ashok Aggarwal has quit the party saying that the recent events have been disturbing.

Aggarwal has in his letter said that the party has become like a private limited company. Aggarwal has also said that the party no more connects with the common man with a group of elite people taking over.

Ashok Aggarwal has been in the news in the past for various PIL's related to nursery admissions.

Earlier this month, another national council member had questioned party chief Arvind Kejriwal over transparency in ticket distributions.

There was a confrontation outside Kejriwal's residence just before he left for his Mathura rally on Sunday as Ashwini Upadhaya, a national council member of the AAP, questioned alleged non-transparency in ticket distribution. "They have given ticket to three corrupt people," Ashwini said.
