CSIR UGC NET: Candidates will be allowed to make modifications to the CSIR Joint UGC NET application form at the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will begin offering its rectification window for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test (CSIR UGC NET) December 2023 today, December 6. At the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in, candidates will be allowed to make modifications to the CSIR Joint UGC NET application form. The NTA has extended the deadline for submitting CSIR NET forms and offered an additional two-day revision period. The computer-based test (CBT) for the CSIR NET exam is scheduled for December 26, 27, and 28.

The CSIR UGC NET admit card will be issued by the NTA once the edit facility closes. In the event of any inconsistencies in the candidate’s details, photograph, or signatures presented on the Admit Card and Confirmation Page, they are urged to contact the Helpline between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, as specified by the NTA.

CSIR UGC NET 2023: Editable Details on Application form

During the correction window, candidates can amend the following details in their application form:

–– Name: Corrections for spelling errors in the candidate’s name and personal information.

–– Contact Address

–– Date of birth

–– Category: Changes to the category necessitate the use of a current category certificate as well as a PwD status certificate issued by the relevant authority.

–– Educational qualification details: The passing year and school board name can be changed on the mark sheet.

Exam city selection: Candidates can choose or change four cities based on their personal preferences.

CSIR UGC NET 2023: document required for counselling process

–– Valid Government ID proof such as Aadhaar card, driving licence, voter ID or ration card,

–– Qualifying degree certificate or last semester marks sheet.

–– Category certificate.

–– Result awaited certificate, (if applicable)

–– Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate (if applicable)

–– Person with Disability (PwD) certificate (if applicable)

–– Student’s Scanned Photograph

–– Student’s Scanned Signature

The CSIR UGC NET test is administered by the National Testing Agency to determine applicants’ eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship (LS)/Assistant Professor positions at different colleges and universities across the nation.
