Let us know about two such Kannada films that are presently streaming on OTT. The 2024 film Not Out is presently streaming on OTT. The story speaks about the journey of a middle-class boy who is chasing his dream to be successful in life. Directed by M Ambarisha, the film stars Ajay, Gopalkrishna Deshpande, Govinde Gowda, Ashwin Hassan, Rachana Inder, Salman, P Ravi Shankar, Prashanth Siddi and Cockroach Sudhi in prominent roles.
Not Out was produced by V Ravi Kumar and A Shamshuddin under the banner of Rashtrakuta Pictures. The storyline and the dialogue were penned by director M Ambarisha himself. It was released on July 19, 2024. You can rent and watch the film on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.
Another famous film presently streaming on OTT is the 2023 film Juliet 2. The story revolves around the life of an independent woman named Juliet, who is very much attached to her father. Suddenly one night, she meets with a dreadful incident that reconnects to her past traumas. The film further shows how she gets out of the incident and her past traumas.
Directed by Virat B Gowda, the film stars actors like Brinda Acharya, Kush Acharya, Roy Badiger, Ravi Kalabrahma, Anoop Sagar, Radhesh Shenoy and Srikanth Sriki in prominent roles. Brinda Acharya played the lead role of Juliet. You can watch the film on Amazon Prime Video.
Brinda Acharya has already signed four films. She will be seen in the film Bank of Bhagyalakshmi, directed by Abhishek M. She has also signed an untitled film that will be directed by D Satya Prakash. Brinda is also working on the film Reetu, directed by Gowri Shree. It stars Shobharaj and Nagendra Urs in prominent roles.
