Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are often spotted visiting their under-construction house in Mumbai. But today it was Neetu Kapoor who was seen inspecting the construction site. Her photos have gone viral on social media as the veteran actress was seen smiling from the balcony.
In the photos, shared by Snehzala, we can see Neetu wearing a brown colour shirt and denim. She is seen smiling as she notices the media. Neetu even poses for them. Earlier, she was spotted with Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor The couple’s new house construction has been going on for a long time and they have been spotted many times visiting the building.

Photos circulating on social media show them dressed casually and overseeing the progress of their soon-to-be home. The couple reportedly has five floors reserved for the Kapoor family out of the 15-storeyed tower in Bandra. A close source to the development earlier told Pinkvilla, “The entire property will take six years to complete. However, the first 5 apartments are in process. The tower’s first and second-floor apartments are almost ready and believed to be Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor’s respectively.”
Alia and Ranbir worked together in the theatrical hit, Brahmastra. Ranbir was last seen in Animal. The film was directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga who earlier helmed Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh. The action drama was loved by fans and Ranbir’s performance was hailed by everyone.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt has completed the shoot of her next film Jigra. In January, Sanjay Leela Bhansali left all fans in surprise when he announced his next film Love And War with Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal. The film reunites Bhansali and Kapoor after 17 years and marks the filmmaker’s first film with Kaushal. Bhansali reunites with Bhatt after the success of Gangubai Kathiawadi. The new film was announced on Wednesday, January 24. The film is slated to release on Christmas 2025.
