Kal Ho Naa Ho Child Actress Jhanak Shukla is Now 25-Year-old Archaeologist, 'Not Earning Anything'

Jhanak Shukla, who starred as a child actress in Kal Ho Naa Ho and Karishma Ka Karishmaa, is 25 years old now. Despite starring in successful projects at a young age, Jhanak seems to have drifted away from the industry. Jhanak, who was seen as cute little Gia in Shah Rukh Khan and Preity Zinta starrer Kal Ho Naa Ho, is now a 25-year-old archaeologist.

Having worked quite a bit at a young age, Jhanak decided to take a break when she turned 15-16. In a video shared by Brut India, she shared that she worked a lot and now enjoys slow-paced life by indulging in writing and travelling. Her parents are supportive of her decision.

Instead of trying to make it big in Bollywood, the actress pursued a master’s degree. She is fond of history, wants to settle down in New Zealand and work in a museum and lead a quiet life. when she began acting, a young Jhanak had thought that she would earn a lot and settle down at the age of 24. But now she has no money, she says laughingly.

Besides Karishma Ka Karishmaa, she was seen in other TV shows such as Son Pari, Hatim, Gumrah and Aalipazham, a Malayalam series, and films such as Deadline: Sirf 24 Ghante and One Night with the King.
