Her penultimate track titled The Alchemy has also raised a few eyebrows. Fans, better known as Swifties have been guessing that the lyrics bear a strong resemblance to the Grammy winner’s present love interest — NFL player Travis Kelce. Although Taylor Swift has not confirmed the rumours, certain word choices and soccer match references in The Alchemy have made the masses believe that the musical piece hints at her whirlwind romance with Travis Kelce.

In The Alchemy’s lyrical video, Taylor Swift talks about a “once-in-a-lifetime attraction to a new partner", reports The Billboard. Presumably hinting at American Football, she sings, “So when I touch down, call the amateurs and cut ’em from the team. These blokes warm the benches/ We’ve been on a winning streak/ He jokes that ‘It’s heroin, but this time with an E.’"

Travis Kelce, who is a tight end, represents the Kansas City Chiefs in the National Football League (NFL). The Kansas City Chiefs had defeated the San Francisco 49ers at the Super Bowl in February this year. Post his victory, Kelce shared a heartwarming moment with his ladylove. The two embraced each other with affection and sealed their love with a kiss on the field. Pictures and videos of the endearing moment went instantly viral.
