Bollywood is a land of the brightest stars with the brightest friendships. Just like the tender relationship between Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan, as the latter considers him an older brother. A sweet little anecdote about the two actors came to light, which is sure to make each of their fans smile with adoration.
Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan share a relationship of that of an older brother and younger brother. As per the reports, the two actors are so close that Sanjay refused to take money for a film which starred Sohail Khan, Salman’s younger brother. If the reports are to be believed, after the release of the film, Salman Khan gifted a car to Sanjay Dutt for his appearance in his brother’s film, and this is what he did.
Sohail Khan made his debut in Bollywood with the film Maine Dil Tujhko Diya, in which Sanjay Dutt appeared in a supporting role. In an earlier conversation with India TV, Salman Khan revealed that Sohail told Sanjay that his role is a guest appearance. The Munna Bhai MBBS actor agreed to play the role, saying, “Needless to say. I will.”
So, when Sanjay Dutt visited Salman’s house for a party, after completing the film, he gifted him a new BMW M5 car. Salman Khan parked the vehicle outside his house and brought out Sanjay to show it to him. Salman told Sanjay that it was the first piece in India and he wanted him to keep the car.
He handed over the car keys to the older actor, who said, “Thank you, bro,” and threw away the keys in the sea. Salman revealed further that it was the only key he had. So, he had to hire help to find the keys and after four days, it was finally found. When Sanjay came to know about the keys, he was furious with Salman. He reportedly asked him, “Do you want to give me this gift and give me money for the film?” Since then, their friendship has remained one of the closest in the industry.
