Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are very happy as they will soon be beginning a new phase of their life. The couple will be welcoming their first child later this month. Today, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh along with their families visited Siddhivinayak Temple ahead of the baby’s arrival. The photos have gone viral.
Both side families were seen beaming in happiness. They also pose for the camera. Deepika Padukone opted for a beautiful green colour saree with full makeup while Ranveer Singh opted for a beige colour kurta and pajama. The couple walked hand in hand inside the temple. Earlier, it was reported that the two Bollywood stars reportedly visited a church in Mumbai to seek blessings. As reported by the popular paparazzo account Viral Bhayani, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh visited the Mount Mary Church in Mumbai on Friday morning. While no photo of the couple from their visit has surfaced online as of now, it is said that they sought blessings for their child.

This comes two days after Ranveer Singh returned to Mumbai. He was reportedly shooting at an undisclosed location outside of Mumbai but returned to the city on Wednesday, September 4. The actor was snapped by the paparazzi outside the Mumbai airport as he arrived back in the city. In a video that surfaced on social media, Ranveer looked dapper in a white hoodie with matching pyjamas as he layered it with a long black coat.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh announced their pregnancy in February this year. Last month, News18 Showsha exclusively reported that the couple is likely to welcome their first child together on September 28. “Deepika and Ranveer are eagerly waiting for the upcoming chapter of their lives and are busy setting up a space for their baby. If things go as per plans, she will deliver the baby on September 28 at a hospital in South Bombay. At present, the soon-to-be mother is enjoying every bit of the break that she has taken from work,” a source close to DeepVeer told us.
Besides this, we also learnt that Deepika, who was last seen in Kalki 2898 AD, is likely to take a small break from work till March 2025. “Her maternity leave will last till March of next year. And after that, she’ll immediately get busy with filming the sequel of Kalki along with Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Prabhas,” the insider added.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranveer Singh will soon be seen in Singham Again. He also has the much-awaited Don 3 in his pipeline. Farhan Akhtar directorial will alsostar Kiara Advani in the lead.
