The criminals tried to flee in a Scorpio but were nabbed by a police team. Police are still on hunt for the sixth accused.
Wanted gangster Deepak Gautam was arrested by Delhi Police along with 4 members of his gang on Sunday. He is wanted in several murder and attempt to murder cases.
A number of country-made firearms and ammunition were also recovered from the gang. The arrest was made after police identified their location in a shoot-out in which a 33 year old rival gang member was killed.
"Dreaded Raju Rao was brutaly murdered by 5 members of another gang. The police have now arrested most of the members of the gang," Jt CP Delhi Police Dipendra Pathak said.
