KOCHI: KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala will inaugurate a two-day seminar for the councillors of the municipal corporations to be held in Kochi on Friday. G Balachandran, K S Radhakrishnan and C Divakaran Pillai will lead various sessions. Around 900 councillors, including 31 chairmen and two mayors, will take part in the event.
