CHENNAI: The sudden formation of a Shivalingam below a lamp at the pooja room of Indu Jayaprakash Agarwal on Pongal Day is drawing curious visitors to her house in Kilpauk Garden Road for a darshan of the what they see as a divine creation.Indu Agarwal spotted the lingam on Sunday morning after her pooja below the lamp, which has been burning for the past 11 years. A wax-like residue that dripped out of the lamp that burns on gingely oil has turned into the lingam.Visitors saw images of various gods in the lingam, which is also now emitting a glow, Indu Agarwal told City Express. The lamp, otherwise lights the pooja room having images of several gods like Anjaneyar, Krishna, Lakshmi and Indu Agarwal’s family deity, Shambarimata, besides the photograph of her guru.
