HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?

• Professional archers shoot 20 arrows in the second round and 30 arrows in the first during the two-minute Teer game.
• A number between 0 and 99 must be chosen by the player, which they believe will hit the target.
• The individual who makes the most accurate prediction is declared the winner of each round.
• Lottery tickets for any number between Rs. 1 and Rs. 50 are sold by authorized dealers.
