A homeguard jawan has been shot dead allegedly by his stepson in Chandausi area in Sambhal, police said on Tuesday.
Ramfal (45), was shot by his stepson Abhishek using the former's licenced gun Monday night killing him on the spot.
The accused has been arrested, the police said adding the incident was stated to be a fallout of an altercation between them.
