Rape victim wants to complete course

MYSORE: The 26-year-old Australian PG student, who was allegedly raped in Channapatna recently, has expressed her willingness to return to her country only after the completion of her studies in Mysore. She plans to stay in the city till November to pursue her French classes and yoga course, DCP Basavaraj Malagatti said.Lakshmipuram police will file a chargesheet immediately after receiving the medical report. The accused, Vishwas and Shrunkal, were dropouts and the sons of businessmen. “Vishwa’s father owned a bar and restaurant while his cousin Shrunkal’s father owned a restaurant and lodge in Channapatna,” police said.
