Press workers meet inaugurated

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala has urged the government to prepare a master plan for the development of government presses in the state.The government presses should be able to benefit from modern publishing technologies, he said after inaugurating the state meeting of Kerala Government Presses Workers’ Congress (KGPWC) here on Wednesday. KGPWC president Suresh Babu presided over the function.K Muraleedharan MLA distributed educational awards for the children of the press staff. Palode Ravi MLA inaugurated KGPWC website and Minister P K Jayalakshmi inaugurated the women’s meet.
