He produced medical certificates attesting that Prasad was prone to convulsions. The petition argued that Prasad’s business interests have suffered due to his spell in custody.Further, the petition said Prasad has already cooperated with the CBI in accounting for transactions worth Rs 117 crore in sale of Emaar villas. Moreover, he had scrupulously fulfulled the conditions laid down in interim bail for five days last month.
