Over 9 lakh to vie for 1,172 VRO posts

HYDERABAD: A record 9,45,666 candidates for village revenue officers (VRO) and 1,07,457 for village revenue assistants (VRAs) posts will appear for the written test to be held on January 30 for 1,172 VRO and 9,029 VRA posts respectively.Addressing a press conference here on Friday, special chief secretary J Satyanarayana said all arrangements had been made for smooth conduct of the exam.The hall-tickets can be downloaded from the website : http://ccla.cgg.gov.in.from January 10 to 25.The candidates may also approach e-Seva or AP Online centres for the same.The key would be released on February 3 and results on February 15.The appointment letters would be dispatched from February 24, Satyanarayana said.
