ORR LA unit shifted to GHMC

HYDERABAD: The state government issued orders transferring one land acquisition unit from the Outer Ring Road to Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to deal with matters pertaining to Metro Rail Project exclusively.There is only one land acquisition unit in the GHMC and to expedite the land acquisition process, the GHMC has requested the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) to transfer one LA unit of ORR to the GHMC.
