Missing boys body found in well

HOSUR: The body of a 13-year-old boy was found in a well at a village near Hosur three days after he was reported missing.Vijayakumar, son of Nara­yanaswamy and a Class VIII student in a government high school of Bagalur, went to play three days ago with his friends and did not return home. His parents and relatives searched for him but could not trace him. On Thursday, following foul smell emanated from a farm well near the boy’s house, Ashwathappa, a passer-by, alerted the police, who visited the spot and fished out the body from the well. The body was sent to the Hosur GH. Police suspect that Vijayakumar could have been murdered and his body disposed in the well.
