A man was shot dead allegedly by four persons allegedly over an old rivalry in Kotwali area, police said in Bareilly on Thursday. On the basis of a complaint filed by Mahesh, an FIR has been lodged against Babloo Yadav, Yashpal, his brother Babu Yadav and one other, police said. Meanwhile, a head constable Dev Singh has been suspended by SSP Akash Kulkarni for allegedly conniving with the assailants.
