Owners of Ryan International School in Gurugram have moved the Bombay High Court for anticipatory bail ahead of CEO Ryan Pinto’s questioning over the murder of a Class 2 student on the school premises.
The Supreme Court has issued notices to the Centre and the CBI on a plea filed by the father of the murdered Ryan International School student. The top court says it will look into the safety of students in schools across India. Meanwhile, owners of Ryan International School in Gurugram have moved the Bombay High Court for anticipatory bail ahead of CEO Ryan Pinto’s questioning in connection with the case.
