HYDERABAD: The Assembly on Thursday saw “breaking news” being delivered by chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy.“I have breaking news to announce.As many as 616 youths trained in Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu got employment in Heritage.I think that you are not involved in the Heritage management.Ask its management.If you want it, I will provide the list of those employed in Heritage.My appeal to the management is not to remove them from service,” Kiran Kumar told TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu, whose family owns Heritage Foods, during a debate on the motion of thanks to the governor for his address.Naidu retorted, “That is what I am saying repeatedly.Encourage investments in the state.Private industrialist will train the youth and provide employment.There is no need for the government to train the youth.If the government encouraged investments flows, the youth will automatically get jobs.I am proud that the Heritage did not take favour from the government and yet provided jobs to the youth”.In this way, the two politicos poked fun and taunted andspewed venom at each other, like they do in every otherAssembly session.
