Bangalore: Kannada actor and film producer Raghavendra Rajkumar, son of thespian late Rajkumar, who was admitted to a city hospital for a brain clot, has been discharged. Raghavendra was admitted to Columbia Asia Hospital after he collapsed in his residence on October 16.
"Raghavendra Rajkumar was brought to the hospital at 9:15 am. He was presented with an acute medical condition," Dr Medha Huilgol, Anesthesiology Consultant at Columbia Asia Hospital, where he is undergoing treatment, had said.
The actor was immediately attended to by a team of doctors and he was responding to treatment well and expected to make a good recovery, she said in a statement.
Shivarajkumar, the actor's brother, had earlier said, Raghavendra had a clot in the brain and it was removed. (With inputs from PTI)
