New Delhi: Former world number one Justine Henin believes she will return a better player to the international circuit.
"I feel I grew up in the last two years that's for sure, I really needed to come out of this bubble. I mean the tennis world is a small world and there is so many things around that and I have never realised that before and I've lived 20 years of my life only for tennis and I got face the world, the real world," she said.
The seven-times grand slam champion announced her comeback to the women's tour in September after a 15-month absence.
She will kick off her preparation for the Australian Open at next month's Brisbane International.
Henin won 41 WTA Tour titles and more than $19 million in career prize money before quitting.
