New Delhi: Actress Katrina Kaif can sing now and the credit goes to her co-star Farhan Akhtar in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, who is giving her singing lessons.
The 26-year-old actress who has often been criticised for her poor knowledge of Hindi in the films, has used her own voice for this film.
"Farhan is giving me singing classes and I feel this is the best part of him. He taught me to sing in rhythm during the shoot. He's also a best driver with lots of patience in him," she said.
Kaif also feels that after working in the film all his co-stars have become "friends for life".
"They all have become friends for life and I am planing to celebrate my birthday on July 16 (just a day after the release) with them," she added.
Katrina Kaif will be celebrating her 27th birthday this year, but she says her day would be extra special if the audiences like her upcoming film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.
"I am praying and hoping that the film is received by the audiences very well," said Katrina.
The actress is expecting to be pampered with a party and gifts from her co-stars. "I think I can expect a surprise party from my producer and Farhan has already sorted out his gifts for me and I am happy with it. Abhay's and Hrithik's gifts need to be sorted out," she quipped.
Though Katrina said she is hoping to be surprised with a celebration by her friends, the grapevine is abuzz that she will be throwing a bash herself.
Katrina's birthday in 2008 was quite a publicised event - thanks to the grand list of invitees and a face-off between Shah Rukh Khan and her then beau, Salman Khan.
