'Eega' to release in Hindi on October 12

Much against the grain, Suresh Babu and Sai Korrapati have decided to release the Hindi version of Eega in the normal mode. Thus, the erstwhile plan of releasing the fantasy film in 3D has been bid a goodbye by the makers.

If it had been converted into 3D, it would be releasing only in December. However, since it is a straight dub, the film will now release quite early in the day, on Oct 12, 2012.

News about scenes involving Nani might be reshot with Amitabh Bacchan but it has not received any confirmation from the makers.

It is to be seen if the Sudeep-Samantha duo and also Keeravani's music, not to forget the film's voluptuous mix of simplicity and innovation will sell to the Bollywood audiences or not.
