Bangalore's JTS Institute has launched a free e-recruitment system wherein job seekers need to take an online test.

Bangalore: Gone are the days when candidates needed to run from pillar to post to look for openings in call centers, for call centre jobs are now just a click away.

Bangalore-based JTS Institute, which specialises in training call centre professionals has launched a free e-recruitment system wherein job seekers just need to take an online test by logging onto www.jtsinstitute.com.

Those who score fifty per cent or above in the test would be interviewed over the phone by the HR Department of the call centre they apply to.

Ultimately the candidates get a five figure salary and a comfortable job without having to leave their homes.

Thanks to the expenditure incurred by the call centres for recruiting candidates, the entire e-recruitment process is 100 per cent free to job seekers.

One can attend this test from any part of the world, without paying a single penny.

"This is the first time an e-recruitment software is being introduced for recruitment of call centre professionals. It is a great help to the job seekers especially from the semi-urban and rural areas of our country, who cannot otherwise attend a call centre interview, for the cost involved in traveling from their remote places. Call centres also benefit by the way of getting employable candidates from every nook and corner of the world," says CEO JTS Institute, Pradeep Menon who is also the brain behind the e-recruitment process.

The e-recruitment process has three main rounds. The first round is an online written test that assesses the quality of the language and aptitude of the candidate.

Questions in this test are designed to check the candidate's skills in grammar, vocabulary, spelling, analogy and comprehension. Results are given immediately on the completion of this test.

Only those candidates who score a minimum of 50 per cent marks in this round are eligible for the next round.

The next round is a telephonic interview. The candidate will receive a call from by a voice and accent expert from the call centre industry and will have to answer certain questions on the phone.

This round of the interview will assess the employability of the candidate. Those who are successful will be eligible for the final round, when the selected few will be invited for a final interview at the HR office of the call centre.

All those who clear this interview will get be immediately taken in by the call centre.

"JTS Institute has made elaborate arrangements for the successful functioning of the e-recruitment process. Over 146 voice and accent experts have been given the assignment of handling telephonic interviews and almost all call centres have shown interest in recruiting candidates through this advanced e-recruitment software", says Menon.
