Bengaluru: Congress workers protest against Modi government over black money

Bengaluru: Karnataka Congress workers on Friday staged a massive protest outside the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) National Executive venue. They were protesting against the Narendra Modi government over the issue of black money.

Congress workers distributed fake cheques of Rs 15 lakh to expose the BJP's promise of bringing back black money.

The two-day BJP National Executive meet began on Friday in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and party president Amit Shah. The primary focus of the two-day meet will be on strengthening the party in South India. The meet will also finetune strategies including on blunting the opposition campaign on the land acquisition ordinance.
