New Delhi: Bollywood’s sizzling hot actress Shilpa Shetty is all set to star in a musical to be showcased in London, coming September.
The Actor has bagged the lead role in the musical called “From Bollywood To Hollywood”, which is along the lines of Moulin Rouge.
The Star's spokesman Dale Bhagwagar was quoted as saying in news reports, "Shilpa's basic aim is to showcase Bollywood and Indian culture in the West.”
"Even in this musical, her costumes will be designed by popular Indian designer Neeta Lulla and they will represent ethics and culture of India," he added.
Shilpa who is also a trained classical dancer will get to showcase her dancing talent on a international platform through this musical.
Renowned Indian choreographer Ganesh Hegde would strategise the dances.
The Bollywood bombshell shot to fame after winning Channel 4's reality TV show "Celebrity Big Brother". Since then she has become a popular name among the international media.
Recently Shilpa was in news when she appeared at the IIFA awards in Yorkshire.
Also the actress recently launched her own fragrance, S2 and now plans to buy a house as well open a restaurant in UK in central London.
