Download WinRAR. You need it to extract the files that you'll be downloading.
Download an SNES emulator. The best ones are ZNES and SNES9X; either of which you can find by searching online.
Download a Super Mario World ROM. You can download one by searching for a site with a ROM.
Go to this website and click on the "Kaizo Mario -- Kaizo Mario 2 -- and Lunar IPS" link to download the necessary files. There's also a link to Kaizo Mario 3 if you want to play that game.
After the folder is finished downloading, extract it. Open the the folder when it's done.
Click on the "Lunar IPS" file to open the program.
Click on "Apply IPS Patch" and select the Kaizo Mario or Kaizo Mario 2 ROM. Then, when it prompts you for the original file, select the Super Mario World file to apply the hack.
Open the emulator and select the Kaizo Mario or Kaizo Mario 2 ROM to play the game.
