Launch the Threads app on your device. Login with your Instagram account, if you haven't already done so. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Instagram app on your device. Update your app, if you haven't already done so. Also, it's important to note that Threads may not be available in all regions and is currently limited to Android and iOS users.
Navigate to one of your posts. Tap the ???? icon to open your profile tab, then select one of your posts from there. If you want to create a new post, tap the “create” icon in the middle of the navigation bar. Then compose your post and click the Post button.
