Write a respectful, enthusiastic letter that states your reason for contacting him. When dealing with more formal channels of communication than social media, you should be as respectful as possible—especially if you want a response! Address him politely, use proper grammar and stylistic conventions, and state plainly what you are trying to say. This will make the chances of a response or acknowledgement higher. If you're a fan of his, you can send him something like fan mail and talk about the impact he has had on you. If you have comments or questions related to business matters, you can send him mail to ask for advice or talk about how he operates his many ventures.
