Uruguay start their Group D campaign in Fortaleza on Saturday against Costa Rico before taking on England and Italy.
Uruguay coach Oscar Tabarez says he is still unsure whether striker Luis Suarez will play in the country's World Cup opener against Costa Rica on Saturday, despite the striker rejoining regular training for the first time since his knee operation.
The 2010 semifinalists start their Group D campaign in Fortaleza before taking on England and Italy.
Tabarez said on Friday that Suarez had rejoined full training a day earlier, after practicing on the sidelines since arriving at their training base near Belo Horizonte.
The coach said he would not decide whether to field Suarez until just before the match and said he was prepared to face the Costa Ricans without him.
