The Uttar Pradesh Board has announced the schedule for determining examination centres for the 2025 high school and intermediate exams. The process of selecting online exam centres will begin on September 25 and will be completed by November 28.
School principals are required to upload information about their physical resources on the UP Board’s website, upmsp.edu.in, by September 25 to determine exam centres. If any school’s geographical location is found to be incorrect, the correct location must be uploaded via a mobile app by September 30.
A tehsil-level committee, appointed by the District Magistrate (DM), will physically verify the uploaded information by October 15, 2024. After verification, the DM will submit the committee’s report through the District Inspector of Schools (DIOS), which will be uploaded to the UP Board’s website by October 24.
The District Center Determination Committee, led by the DM, will review and upload the list of selected exam centres by November 2. This list will then be published by the DIOS for scrutiny by principals. Any objections or complaints regarding the selected centres can be submitted online until November 6.
The DIOS will review these objections and, if found justified, will forward the final action to the board along with a report by November 11. The final list of approved examination centres, along with student allocations, will be uploaded to the UP Board’s website by November 15.
Students, parents, and school managers can submit further objections to the published list until November 20. The District Center Determination Committee and UP-Board Center Determination Committee will review and address these objections before finalising the list of exam centres. The final list will be uploaded by November 28, ensuring a smooth process for the 2025 board exams, as confirmed by UP-Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh.
