Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith Begins 2024-25 Admissions For 49 UG And PG Courses

Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University, located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh is inviting students for its undergraduate and post-graduate courses here. Recently, the university issued a notification for admission in the academic session 2024-25 which states that candidates can apply for admission through online mode. The last date is June 30. Dr Sunita Pandey, Registrar of the University, shared that the process of application has already begun for a total of 49 courses in 26 subjects offered by the University. The last date for enrolment is June 30. Students can apply for admission through the online medium through the Samarth Portal has been made available on the website of the university.

As per the notification issued, fees for different courses at the undergraduate level have been fixed between Rs 650 to Rs 850 and for the post-graduate level from Rs 750 to Rs 1,050. The payment for the same has to be made online during the time of application.

Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University is inviting students for nine courses including Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in 26 subjects at the undergraduate level. Apart from this, candidates can also apply for 13 professional courses along with 27 other courses including Master of Commerce (M.Com) and Master of Arts (MA) at postgraduate levels.

Students can also enrol for various diploma courses that the university is offering. For further information, interested students can check out the admission-related booklet on the university website. The university urged the candidates to fill out the form after reading it carefully.

The duration of a majority of the courses at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University is three years and for post-graduate, it is of two years. It is important to remember that admission to all the courses is merit and entrance-based. For the BA and B.Sc courses, the eligibility criteria are 45 per cent aggregate in classes 10 and 12 from a recognised board. The selection criteria is Common University Entrance Test (CUET) Under Graduate (UG).
