Shubman Gill had a fun day out with singer Ed Sheeran, who was in India for a Tour and even played some cricket with the current Gujarat Titans captain.

On Friday, the signer also posted a video of their interaction on social media.

While having a meal together, as comedian Tanmay Bhat also joined in, Ed Sheeran revealed that he was going to meet Shah Rukh Khan for dinner.

Gill promptly replied, “Ask him why he did not retain me?"

SRK-owned Kolkata Knight Riders bought Shubman Gill for INR 1.8 crore after shinning at the Under-19 World Cup. He went on to represent KKR from 2018 to 2022.
