What German tuning house Mansory does could be viewed by some car design purists an act of automotive sacrilege, but for a growing number of clients around the world, the services it provides are seen as the only way of ensuring that their supercar, coupe or SUV is super exclusive.

© British car Auctions
One of the most expensive production cars in the world, the Veyron was built to redefine pretty much every automotive superlative relating to performance, power, build quality and exclusivity. Only 300 hard tops were built and each one is already a collector's item.
Mansory Linea D Oro - $2.5 million

For this particular model, Mansory left the engine untouched but that is the only oversight. The exterior has been restyled in carbon fiber with copper weave, the length of the hood shortened, the front wings reshaped, the grille reconceived and daytime LED running lights added. Inside gold alloys have been used to dress the panels and the leather seats are embossed.
Mercedes-Benz S 65 AMG Coupé $231,825

As well as being very powerful and fast - 567bhp, 0-100kph in 4.3 seconds - this is one of the most technologically advanced, most comfortable cars on the road and one of the best looking Mercedes in a long time. All of which means it's bound to prove hugely popular.
Mansory Diamond Edition - $600,000

Which is why Mansory left no stone unturned in its search to individualize the car. Outfitted front and rear with motorsport grade carbon fiber, the car is 50mm wider, sits lower, has a roof spoiler and under the hood, the engine has been totally overhauled to deliver 1000PS (987bhp) - almost twice the power of the standard car. That also means a 0-100km/h time of 3.2 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 300km/h.
Lamborghini Aventador - $39,7500

With 700hp on tap, a top speed in excess of 200mph and loud styling, the flagship Lamborghini is already one of the fastest and most striking cars on sale today

However, once Mansory is finished with it, the car's performance figures are off the scale. Adding two turbos up the power to 1600hp, cuts the 0-100km/h dash to 2.1 seconds and increases the top sped to 370+km/h. Keeping this extra power in check means that the exterior has been largely reworked in carbon fiber to improve downforce and stability at high speeds.

Rolls-Royce is renowned for its bespoke interior capabilities offering everything from marquetry to silk as options. But it usually leaves its V12 engines untouched.
Mansory Ghost - from $1.2 million

The Mansory Ghost proves that the company feels that it can match or better any car-maker's interior craftsmen as well as their engineers. Mansory describes its take on the Ghost as a real head turner. It has a carbon fiber hood to cut weight, wider wings and tweaked front and rear and an extra 80hp which equates to a 0-100km/h time of 4.3 seconds and a top speed of 280km/h. The interior can be modified to the exacting standards of any client with anything from carbon fiber accents to woods, leathers and even rare metals.
Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 6x6 - $500,000
© Mercedes-Benz
This is already a custom car in as much as Mercedes builds it in very, very small numbers and in terms of being noticed, it's pretty impossible to keep a low profile in something with six wheels and a 544hp engine. The car is also the longest, widest and tallest off-roader currently in production.
Mansory Gronos 6x6 - from $1.4 million
