The leading e-mobility ride-hailing service blueSmart has been getting an overwhelming response in the cities, where it operates. Recently, the company announced that it has unlocked a new milestone of having 7,000 EVs in its fleet.
While sharing the news via official release, the company informed that their fleet consists of MG ZS EV, Tata Tigor EV, BYD E6, which offers seamless travel expirence to customers in the mega-cities of Delhi NCR and Bangalore.
Total Trips Till Date
Founded in 2019, the company emerged as one of the biggest contributors in ride-hailing platforms, using fully battery-powered vehicles. It has been claimed by the brand that BlueSmart has completed 12.5 million all-electric trips, covering 410 million clean km, and has saved 30 million kgs of CO2, since inception.
Created Good Charging Infrastructure
To make the platform a big hit, the company has also created a massive charging infrastructure, where it has installed 4,400 EV chargers, out of which 36 EV charging superhubs have been spread across 1.5 million sq. ft. These are densely located in megacities of Delhi NCR and Bangalore.

Reacting to the growing fleet in the network, the company’s co-founder and CEO, Anirudh Arun said, “We are excited to announce that our fleet size now stands at 7,000 EVs, giving wheels to our vision. This fleet expansion enhances our capacity to serve both the cities we operate in and meet the growing demand of commuters.”
In addition, he said, “We remain committed to our mission to ‘Decarbonise Mobility at Scale’ and of providing zero ride-denial, transparent pricing, on-time pickups, clean cars and exceptional service to our riders.”
