The 2025 version of Honda Africa Twin has been finally revealed globally. The upcoming range has been treated with multiple updates from outside, featuring new colour schemes for both ES and Adventure Sports trims.
The ES variant will be offered in Pearl Glare White shade, which will make it more aesthetic in its segment. The company will continue to offer the existing colour scheme that includes Grand Prix Red and Ballistic Black Metallic. It will be available for both Adventure Sports models.
When it comes to the Adventure Sports spec, it will be treated with the latest Matt Iridium Grey Metallic finish, retaining the Pearl Glare White shade.
What’s New
Talking about the updates, the motorcycle flaunts an updated front fascia, featuring a signature style headlight setup, paired with an impressive-sized transparent visor. The model will have integrated indicators, which are placed right below the headlight setup.
The vehicle continues to get a comfortable split seating arrangement, where a handle grabber has been given for the pillion. The base model of Africa Twin has received Showa’s standard springs, while the top models are treated with Showa’s electronic ride adjustment suspension system. The adventure bike runs on the stylish spoke wheel, complemented by disc brakes at both ends.
Engine and Power
The company has not touched anything mechanically. It means the updated version uses the same 1048cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine. The unit generates a maximum power of 100.05 bhp and 112 Nm of torque. The upcoming offering from Honda will hit the market with a choice of gearbox between a six-speed manual and a Dual Clutch (DCT) option.
Price Range in India
Currently, Africa Twin is available in the Indian market at the starting price of Rs 16 lakhs (ex-showroom). The report says the upcoming model will cost more. However, an exact figure is yet to be released by the brand.
