West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced the relaxations while claiming that the number of coronavirus cases is increasing in the state due to the massive influx of migrant workers.

Nothing will be allowed in areas that fall under ‘A’ category, while in ‘B’ and ‘C’ zones (outside containment area), there will be measured relaxations following guidelines, Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee said.
