Congress MLAs were holed up on Monday in a resort near Jaipur after a legislature party meeting, where they expressed support for Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and only indirectly referred to Pilot, whose rebellion threatens his government.

He also said that the work the BJP dispensation has done during its six-year rule, could not be done in the previous 50-60 years.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Friday had said a complaint has been lodged with the Special Operations Group (SOG) for probe into cash transfers for poaching MLAs.

District Forest Officer Sudarshan Sharma said the screening of all the animals, along with a behavioral study, has been started.

The number of workers engaged under the scheme is relatively high in the border districts of the state to which most people who returned from other parts of the country belong.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said entrepreneurs and workers from bordering districts of other states coming to Rajasthan on their daily business activities in industrial areas like Bhiwadi and Neemrana should not be quarantined.

Some of the relatives who were attending the funeral were brought to the police station and later released.
